Thank you for taking the time to visit my page! I'm Monica Vazquez and would love to have the opportunity to assist you in your real estate journey. After graduating from the University of Texas at Austin in 2015, I worked for many years in the event industry to help clients achieve their vision of their special events. With this passion in customer service, I had decided to expand this love into the work of helping people in the next important chapter of their lives. Though the process of buying or selling a home can seem difficult, I am here to help my clients each step of the way. Through locating the right home, negotiating prices, and managing the paperwork, I am here to represent my client's interests to ensure that they are 100% satisfied with their experience. My goal is not only assist you with one transaction but to create a relationship that will allow me to assist in future opportunities. 


In my spare time, I enjoy playing sports with my husband and son, going on walks with our two dogs, or exploring new restaurants in Austin with our friends. After moving to Austin in 2011, I can absolutely attest that there is no better city to live in.
